ECHO (EMPOWERING THE COMMUNITY WITH HOPE AND OPPORTUNITY)
ECHO is a youth-led leadership council made up of high school students in Bartholomew County who are passionate about creating positive change in their community. We bring together young aspiring leaders from across the county to elevate youth voices, strengthen mental health awareness, and lead prevention-focused efforts that make a real difference.

YOUTH AMBASSADORS
The Youth Ambassador Program aims to empower youth to thrive in adulthood by developing their unique talents, cultivating healthy behaviors and relationships, and participating in community projects that make a difference. Youth Ambassadors (YA) are Bartholomew County high school students in grades 10-12 committed to meaningful civic engagement and personal growth. YAs serve through youth-driven outreach initiatives while strengthening their leadership skills and focusing on equity in their communities.
