AQUATICS DIRECTOR
The Aquatics Director leads all aspects of our aquatic programs and pool operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for participants of all ages. This role oversees lifeguards and swim instructors, manages hiring, training, and scheduling, and coordinates daily pool operations including lessons, open swim, and special events. Serving as the primary point of contact for families and participants, the Aquatics Director ensures clear communication, smooth operations, and high-quality swim programming that meets the needs of our community. COLUMBUS YOUTH CAMP
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Foundation For Youth is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead and grow Columbus Youth Camp. This role will oversee daily operations, hire and support staff, and ensure safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate programs for youth ages 5–18. Life Skills Training Facilitator
Join our team to create a safe, positive space within school classrooms for middle and senior high school students. This individual will be facilitating the LifeSkills™ Training (LST) program. Classes are conducted during most Health classes in Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC).

Lifeguards
We are looking for responsible and reliable individuals who enjoy water and working with youth and adults.
