ECHO TEEN COUNCIL

ECHO is a youth-led leadership council made up of high school students in Bartholomew County who are passionate about creating positive change in their community. We bring together young leaders from across youth organizations to elevate youth voices, strengthen mental health awareness, and lead prevention-focused efforts that make a real difference.

Through monthly meetings, service projects, and community events, ECHO members collaborate to shape programs, influence policies, and inspire hope. We believe that when young people are given a seat at the table, they can drive meaningful solutions that build healthier, stronger, and more connected communities.
ECHO isn’t just a program—it’s a movement of young leaders working together to turn ideas into action and ensure that youth voices help shape the future.

To empower our community by mobilizing young leaders to elevate youth voices, inspire hope, and drive meaningful opportunities for change.

We envision a community where young people’s voices drive policies, programs, and cultures that lead prevention efforts, advanced mental health initiatives, and advocate for positive change.
