This substance-free alternative event offers families a safe and engaging way to connect while supporting youth programs and prevention efforts throughout our community.
Participants can purchase numbered rubber ducks for a chance to win exciting prizes, with winning ducks randomly selected from the pond during the event.

Can I buy a duck at any age?

No. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a duck or enter the raffle. Foundation For Youth reserves the right to request proof of age before completing any sale. However, Duck Splash is a family-friendly event with activities and entertainment for all ages to enjoy.

Absolutely! Duck Splash is designed for the whole family. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon featuring free carnival rides, live music, games, hands-on activities, community partner booths, local art vendors, delicious food vendors, and a dedicated kids area with activities for younger children. Teens can also check out the SPARK Zone, an interactive space where they can discover their interests, build confidence, and ignite their SPARK.
Can I come to Duck Splash even if I don't purchase ducks?

Absolutely! Even if you don't purchase ducks, we encourage everyone to join us for an afternoon of family-friendly fun, entertainment, and community celebration!
What types of activities and vendors will be at the event?

RULES & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
In addition to complying with all applicable Indiana charity gaming laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, Foundation for Youth has established the following eligibility requirements and participation restrictions for the Charity Duck Raffle conducted under its Indiana Charity Gaming License.
These requirements shall be enforced by Foundation for Youth staff and members of the Prevention Department responsible for the sale and administration of raffle entries ("ducks"). Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of both Indiana charitable gaming regulations and the additional rules outlined below.
Foundation for Youth Additional Rules
1. Minimum Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a duck or enter the raffle.

Foundation for Youth reserves the right to request proof of age before completing any sale.
2. Identification Required for Prize Claim

Winners must present a valid government-issued photo identification when claiming a prize.

The identification presented must match the name and information provided on the raffle entry form.

Failure to provide matching identification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
3. Employee and Family Eligibility Restrictions

Employees and volunteers of the organization are eligible to enter and participate in the raffle. However, any employee or volunteer who is directly involved in administering the raffle, handling entries, conducting the drawing, or selecting winners is not eligible to receive a raffle prize.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning. Winners will be selected through a random drawing, and all decisions regarding eligibility and prize awards are final.
4. Right to Refuse Participation

Foundation for Youth reserves the right to refuse the sale of raffle entries or disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these rules or applicable Indiana charitable gaming regulations.
5. Final Authority

Foundation for Youth shall have the final authority regarding the interpretation and enforcement of these rules, subject to applicable Indiana law and regulations.
6. Taxes and Fees

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, registration fees, title fees, or other costs associated with the acceptance, ownership, transfer, or use of a prize, if applicable.

Foundation for Youth does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding the tax consequences of winning a prize.

Winners are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding any tax obligations resulting from receipt of a prize.

If required by law, Foundation for Youth may collect necessary tax information from winners and report prize winnings to the appropriate governmental authorities.
