Rental Process

Step #1 - Determine Area(s) Of Interest
  1. Gymnasium

Step #2 - Review Rental Rates
Step #3 - Review Rental Deposit & Cancellation Policy
  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental balance is due at the time of booking.

    • The full balance is required if the total rental balance is less than $150. 

  • A rental is not booked until the deposit is made.

  • The remaining balance is due seven days prior to the date of the rental. 

  • A refund will be issued, minus a $50 cancellation fee, for parties canceled 30 days or more before the rental date.  

  • A refund will not be issued if the rental is canceled within 30 days of the rental date.

Step #3 - Building Tour (Optional)

A scheduled, in-person tour will allow time to view the different areas of our facility available to rent outside of regular programming, answer all questions, and secure booking with rental agreement and deposit.​​

Step #4 - Send Rental Inquiry

The best way to inquire about a rental is to send an

e-mail here with the following questions answered.

  1. Is this a one time or recurring rental request?

  2. What area(s) are you looking to rent?

  3. What date(s) are you interested in? 

  4. What is your ideal start and end time? 

  5. What type of event is your rental?

  6. What is the approximate number of guests for your rental?

Step #5 - Rental Agreement & Pay Deposit
  • A rental inquiry will be answered within 24-48 business hours via e-mail.

  • A rental agreement will be sent if the area(s), date(s) and time are available or alternative days and times will be shared if original request is unavailable.

  • The total rental balance will be added to the Group Representative's RecTrac account and can be paid in full here.

  • ​A payment of the 50% deposit only will have to be made over the phone or in person with the Customer Service Desk.

  • A rental is not booked until the deposit is made.

Step #6 - Enjoy FFY

A Rental Supervisor will greet the Group Representative in the lobby 10 minutes prior to the rental start time.  They go over all housekeeping items and will be available for any assistance needed during your rental time at Foundation For Youth!
