Athletics for The Entire Family

Get fit at FFY! Foundation For Youth provides opportunities for you to become actively involved in adult athletic sports like aerobics, yoga, basketball, swimming, volleyball, weight training, etc. To provide these experiences we have partnered with Columbus Regional Hospital Wellness Center, Columbus Parks and Recreation, as well as others.

Individual Annual Membership Fee: $25

Visit passes are available for single visits or in increments of 5, 15, or 30. We let you be in control of how often you work out without the fear of unused monthly fees.

Walking

FFY provides a safe and dry place to walk with locker room facilities. Indoor and outdoor mileage routes are available.

Weight Room

Not interested in working out with a large crowd? The weight room at FFY can meet your work out needs. Treadmills, stationary bikes, and nautilus equipment are available to tighten your abs, firm your legs, and build and tone muscle throughout your body.

Foundation For Youth provides a variety of camps and workshops throughout the year for athletes of all ages.  For up to date information on all athletic events, please look to our newsletter page or contact our Athletic Director at 348-4558 x313.
Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA

The Foundation For Youth participates in the Jr. NBA/ WNBA basketball program geared toward children in grades k – 8. Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA programs emphasize fundamental skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and positive adult participation in a fun and rewarding youth basketball experience where young players can create a bond with the game while learning what it takes to be successful away from the court.

Competitive teen basketball leagues are also available. Both leagues start in November and run through February.
