Swimmers interested in using the pool on a regular basis are encouraged to purchase an Adult Membership for $25 and then purchase visit passes.

Public Swim (All Inclusive Swim)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Open to everyone.  $3 per swimmer. FFY is equipped with a chair lift to lower individuals with challenges into the water.

 

Family Swim

Sunday  3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

$3 per swimmer. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

8 week sessions - must register for the water aerobics classes.

Flex Pass*

*Flex pass allows you to attend any of the water aerobic classes during that session.

Aqua Motion – Move the water in this shallow water exercise class. This class provides a great cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout with reduced impact on your joints.

Water Circuit – Travel around the pool for a circuit style workout. Cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength will be improved in this non-stop water workout. (Deep or shallow water option).

Deep Water Exercise – Liquid resistance from the shoulders down provides the challenge to this fun form of exercise. This is a non-impact class as participants are suspended by float belts in deep water (Swimmers only please).
